Welcome to Autobus Complete, a fun multiplayer game that brings the classic "Stop" (بص) game to life in a modern digital format. This page explains our Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2 Data We Collect

We collect the following data to provide a smooth and safe gaming experience:

• Account Data: Full name, email address, and profile picture when you register or sign in via Google.
• Game Data: Scores, round results, your in-game answers, and room codes.
• Usage Data: Room join requests, settings changes, and language preferences.
• Complaints & Suggestions: Messages you send through the complaints section inside the app.
• Push Notifications: Your device's FCM token to deliver game notifications.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Creating your account and enabling secure sign-in.
• Managing game rooms, rounds, and real-time score calculation.
• Sending game-related push notifications (round start, time-up, results).
• Responding to your complaints and suggestions from the admin team.
• Improving app performance and user experience.
• Temporarily locking the app for maintenance via Firebase Remote Config.

4 Storage & Security

All your data is stored on trusted and encrypted Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We use Flutter Secure Storage to safely store session data on your device. Your data is never shared with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

5 Third-Party Services

The app relies on the following Google services, each governed by their own policies:

• Firebase Authentication — Verifying identity via email or Google.
• Cloud Firestore — Storing user and game data.
• Firebase Messaging (FCM) — Delivering push notifications.
• Firebase Remote Config — Remote app configuration control.
• Google Sign-In — Signing in with a Google account.

6 Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Access your data: Request a copy of the data we have stored about you.
• Correct your data: Update your name or picture via the Edit Profile screen.
• Delete your account: Permanently delete your account from within the app, which erases all your data.
• Opt out of notifications: Disable notifications from your device settings.

Account & Data Deletion Request

We provide users full control to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data through either of the following methods:

• Directly In-App: Open the app ➔ Go to «Profile» ➔ Tap «Delete Account» and confirm. Your account and all stored data will be immediately and permanently erased from our servers.
• Via Email Request: You can send an account deletion request to markfathy19@gmail.com specifying your registered email address. We will process and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

7 Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware that a minor has used the app and submitted their data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

8 Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any significant change will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated version.
